Years ago, I was just like you, frustrated by the pain that puts me off doing things I love which is health and fitness. Today, I have come to pursue to become a coach because I understand how it feels to not be able to express yourself freely on the court, in the field and in fact, wherever you are. I was hit by ACL, had to undergo surgery and work my way back up from scratch. Not only that, I was plagued with multiple back-to-back injuries robbing me of my chance to play national basketball, so I set out to learn how to keep athletes on the field and in the game. It became my mission to keep as many youth athletes competing at the highest level in the sports they love. You don’t have to sacrifice your active lifestyle or the activities you love over problems that can be fixed. That’s why we made this free guide just for you.
