Have you ever trained so hard because you already have your eyes on THAT tournament for months and then two weeks before the tournament, something unfortunate happen.. you got a hip injury that made you unable to run with ease. Early January this year, we had a client who was in that situation. She was running all good, until one day, everything just kind of accumulated and she started feeling a constant sharp pain on her right hip, that just won't seem to go away. She stopped her activity for days in hope that it would recover completely, but it stayed there. Unfortunately, she had to forfeit the race, despite her feeling slight improvement after starting her initial session with us. She's one of our most passionate runner we had as client, and over the months, under our guidance, she understood the importance of recovery when it comes to training.
